Terms and Conditions
By ordering VPCS- Valentina`s Professional Cleaning Services, either through our website`s booking form, e-mail or phone you automatically agree to the terms and conditions listed below:

We Guarantee the quality of our Cleaning.

Insured Cleaning Service in Toronto Our professional, well trained and courteous staff will provide top of the line cleaning services tailored to your needs. VPCS will assign a principal Cleaning team to each home or office we clean. We try not to rotate team members to ensure the same quality of cleaning every time.

Any poor service must be reported within 24 hours of our service date.

We will re-do the work again in 48 hours.

In cases where cleaning materials and equipment are not provided or not in full working order, the result from the cleaning visit may not be successful.
VPCS cannot be held responsible and no refund can be claimed by the Client for the job in question.

If the cleaner leaves or the client is not happy with the standard of service provided by cleaner, we will endeavour to find a replacement cleaner as soon as possible.

Make our job more efficient for you:
  1. Pick up all toys and clothes from the floor.
  2. Secure your pets and pick up after them before we arrive.
  3. If you require additional services, please notify 48 hours in advance.
  4. Please provide us with access to your facility.
  5. Please shut off your alarm system.
  6. Secure your valuables, collectibles and etc.
  7. If children are present, do not leave them unattended due to the dangers of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  1. All Rates quoted per cleaner per hour.
  2. There is a minimum requirement of 3,5 hours' cleaning service per visit.
  3. Payment is due at the time of service, which our cleaners will collect, unless other arrangements have been made with our Company.
  4. We accept: Master card, Visa, Pay Pal, E-mail transfer, cash or cheque.
  5. The Client will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonored cheque.
  6. No cleaning work will be undertaken unless the client settles all outstanding balances.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
  1. 48 hour`s notice is required if a client should either decide to cancel or re-schedule a cleaning appointment. Appointment cancellation should be done by phone only.
  2. Please do not leave cancellation information with your cleaner.
  3. Customer agrees to pay $20.00 as a cancellation fee if the clients cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  4. In the event that a cleaner travels to the Client house on the designated day and the Client is not in or the cleaner cannot gain entry to the property the client shall be liable for the cleaners traveling cost $30.00.
  5. If keys are provided they must open all locks without any special efforts or skills.
  6. We require a minimum of 14 days notice for cancellation of the service.
After cancellation of the cleaning service

By using our cleaning service, the customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the customer by VPCS.

If the customer wishes to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of $2500.00 per person. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this independently.

We remind our clients that all cleaners of VPCS have a written contract.


VPCS has public liability insurance, which protect client`s home against major accidental damage caused by a cleaner whilst on your property.

All claims must be notified within 24 hours of discovery.

Accidental damages due to faulty equipment provided by the Client.

Please note that all fragile and highly breakable items such as porcelain and china, cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques must be removed or secured.

We do not carry out cleanings of painted walls, ceilings, gardens and exterior of buildings.


Although it's not necessary to tip our cleaners it is encouraged, and of course the best way to say job well done!
